Location and connectivity

Al Reem Island lies around 600 metres off the north eastern coast of Abu Dhabi and is linked to Downtown Abu Dhabi by three bridges. The developer places the site on Abdullatif Bin Ibrahim Al Mubarak Street and publishes a five minute drive to Shams Boutik, 15 minutes to Downtown Abu Dhabi and the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and 20 minutes to Saadiyat Island and the Mangrove Forest. Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi Mall, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Al Reem Central Park are also listed among the short drives from the site. The island sits close to the financial district on Al Maryah Island, and Reportage positions the address for a work, play and live routine.

Prices published by the developer start at AED 4,380,000, and the project is listed as available with construction described as starting soon. Reportage has not published a handover date or a payment plan for the scheme.
