Wadeem Gardens is Modon's gated villa community in Wadeem, a new district on Hudayriyat Island. Its 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes sit within landscaped neighbourhoods centred around wellness clubhouses, arranged in three gated villa clusters, and green spaces, walking and running trails and waterfront promenades shape the community.

The developer
Modon Properties revealed the Hudayriyat Island masterplan in June 2023 and develops the island's communities, from Bashayer and the Nawayef neighbourhoods to Al Naseem, Hudayriyat Golf Estates and the Wadeem district. Wadeem Gardens is Modon's gated villa community in Wadeem.
