Look at the supply due near your handover

If you plan to rent out an off-plan home after handover, check what else completes nearby. ADREC's H1 2026 market report release, dated 18 August 2026, projects around 71,000 additional units across the emirate by 2030, with deliveries expected to peak at approximately 21,800 units in 2028. It names six key districts, including Al Reem Island, Yas Island and Al Saadiyat Island, as drivers of 77% of projected incremental supply. Ask which nearby projects share a similar completion window, and how many homes of your type they include. When several buildings hand over together, tenants have more choice, so test your budget on cautious assumptions rather than the best case. A plan that still works on those terms is sturdier than one that needs the first advert to succeed. Prepared by Masterpiece Property.

Mark what you already hold, what needs your a
