Sei means stillness and calm in Japanese. The whole community is designed around it: wellness, relaxation, fitness and social connection, a short walk from Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.
Sei Saadiyat is Aldar's new residential collection inside Saadiyat Cultural District, the museum precinct of Saadiyat Island. Six buildings of contrasting heights hold 778 homes, set around landscaped courtyards with meandering paths, layered planting, art and quiet corners. From the higher floors, selected homes look across the district's landmarks, the Arabian Gulf and the Abu Dhabi skyline.

Location
