The Almeria brochure sets total sellable areas at 2,734 sq ft for the three bedroom villa, 3,399 sq ft for the four bedroom villa, 4,588 sq ft for the five bedroom villa and 5,511 sq ft for the six bedroom villa, each arranged over a ground and a first floor. Published plans show a living room and a separate dining room, a family room upstairs, a powder room by the entrance, a maid's room with its own bathroom, a laundry, a store and a covered carport. The larger villas add a guest bedroom and a driver's room on the ground floor, with a separate service kitchen and a majlis in the six bedroom home, and every layout places the master bedroom with a dressing room and en suite bathroom on the upper level.

Location and connectivity

Bloom Living sits in Zayed City, the planned district beside Khalifa City on the mainland side of Abu Dhabi, which puts the airport, Yas Island and the city centre within a comfortable drive while keeping the community itself quiet and low rise. Because the schools, the Town Center and the lake are inside the gates, most daily errands do not need a car at all, and the villa plots face either the water, a park or a landscaped street rather than a main road.

Payment plan and handover

Bloom publishes a 5/35/40/20 plan for Almeria: 5% Down Payment on booking, 35% across the construction period, 40% on handover and the final 20% over the first year after handover. The five bedroom villa starts at AED 6,481,000 and the six bedroom villa at AED 8,591,000, with the three and four bedroom villas sold out and available only through resale. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Zayed City is one of the Abu Dhabi investment zones open to buyers of all nationalities, and the title terms for each villa are set out in the reservation documents.

Who it suits

Almeria suits families who want a large villa with a garden and staff accommodation inside a gated community with its own schools, and buyers who like the idea of paying a fifth of the price after they have moved in. Because two of the four villa types are sold out, the remaining stock is concentrated in the larger homes, and the plots facing the lake are the ones that go first.
