Every home is offered in one of two interior schemes, light or dark, so a buyer picks the palette at purchase rather than replacing finishes later. The published specification uses porcelain tile through the floors, a quartz kitchen countertop with laminate cabinets and joinery, and porcelain walls and floors in the bathrooms.

Amenities and lifestyle

Shared facilities are grouped around the buildings: a kids room with a play area, running and cycling tracks, a multi purpose community room for gatherings and movie nights, and an outdoor terrace for the evenings. The wider Alreeman community adds a mosque, schools, retail and food and beverage units, community centres and fitness activities, so daily errands stay inside the neighbourhood.

Location and connectivity

Al Shamkha is a self sufficient neighbourhood on the airport side of Abu Dhabi, which keeps travel simple in both directions. Aldar points residents to:

Payment plan and handover

Published pricing starts at 407,000 AED, which is one of the lowest entry points into an Aldar community in Abu Dhabi. The published plan is 5/35/60, a 5 per cent Down Payment on booking, 35 per cent through construction and 60 per cent on handover. The published completion date for Phase 2 was February 2026 and the phase is listed as complete, so the terms that apply to a finished unit are confirmed on enquiry. Ownership is freehold and open to all nationalities.

Who it suits

This is the practical end of the Abu Dhabi market: a first home for a resident who wants to stop renting, or a rental unit for an investor who wants a low entry price and a tenant pool of families and professionals already living in Al Shamkha.
