Work out how visitors will park and enter

Ask management to explain one complete visit, from sharing access details to leaving the parking bay. Check what happens if the designated spaces are full and whether any alternative is permitted. A frequent family gathering needs a workable arrival plan, particularly when a guest cannot comfortably walk from a distant space. Your own allocated parking space does not answer where visitors will stop. Ask about guest bays, access registration and time limits. Check the route from visitor parking to the entrance, particularly for older relatives or guests with limited mobility. Visit when the community is busier if possible.
