If one visit was unusually quiet, note it rather than treating it as typical. Small repeatable checks make a neighbourhood comparison more dependable. A relaxed weekend visit may not show how a neighbourhood functions during your usual routine. Return on a weekday to observe access roads, parking and activity near the building. Try the journey to work or the school run at the relevant time. Keep observations separate from advertised travel estimates.
