A home that has just been handed over, on Yas Island or Saadiyat for example, has no rental history to start from. On 20 August 2024, ADREC launched the first residential Abu Dhabi Rental Index, a platform serving both tenants and landlords that provides indicative rental values, including indicative quarterly pricing for areas across Abu Dhabi. For a first rent, it gives you area evidence instead of a guess. Look up your area, then compare homes of the same type and size, and adjust honestly for floor, view, condition and furnishing.
