Modon’s 30 September 2026 Wadeem Gardens announcement describes up to 75% off-plan home finance through ADIB for eligible buyers. The words “up to” matter. Before reserving, request written confirmation of your eligibility, repayment assumptions and required personal contribution. Ask what happens if approval changes during construction. An announced financing option is not an approval for every buyer, and a manageable initial payment does not automatically make the full purchase affordable. Lay the bank's indicative schedule beside the developer's payment schedule and mark any gap you must fund yourself. Ask the lender how long its assessment remains valid and what must be checked again before release. Keep an affordable fallback if the amount approved is lower than the advertised maximum.
