Check what your waterfront home actually overlooks

Identify the unit number before comparing photographs, and ask which images show that exact position. In Abu Dhabi's coastal communities, a sea facing room and a side view can feel quite different in use. Record the visible outlook today and any uncertainty about neighbouring plots separately in your viewing notes. A waterfront label can describe an entire community while individual homes face very different directions. Request the unit’s orientation and visit the actual balcony where possible. Look for neighbouring buildings, road movement and construction sites within the sightline. For an unfinished home, compare the unit plan with the current masterplan and ask what can still change.
