Check the bay that comes with the tenancy

Parking needs confirmation for a specific space, not a general assurance that the building has a car park. Ask which bay belongs with the tenancy, whether it is included in the agreement and how access is issued. Check the route to the lift, vehicle clearance and the room available for normal entry and exit. For example, a larger family vehicle may fit a bay but be awkward beside a column or on a tight approach. Inspect the allocated space rather than a convenient empty one nearby. Clarify the process for an additional car and guest parking instead of assuming unused bays are available. Written allocation and a practical access check make the arrangement clearer before signing, especially when a quiet viewing gives little sense of normal parking use.
