Add decision notes to your viewing photos

A photograph can recall a room's appearance without explaining why it did or did not suit you. With permission, take viewing photos and add brief notes linked to the property reference and visit date. Record circulation, useful dimensions, the route outside and questions requiring a later answer. For example, a kitchen image may look spacious while your note records that an open cupboard blocks the passage. Keep observations separate from the agent's explanations, and mark details still needing confirmation. After several viewings, compare the same categories at each property rather than relying on the most attractive image. These notes support a clearer shortlist, while technical condition and contractual matters still need their own appropriate checks. Prepared by Masterpiece Property.
