Manarat Living III stands inside the Saadiyat Cultural District, the museum quarter of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, close to Manarat Al Saadiyat and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The wider island offers protected beaches, schools, hotels and marina life, all within a short drive of the building.

Aldar published the project with studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. Buyers could also personalise the home at the point of purchase, choosing a light or dark interior theme and a layout option, which is a defining feature of the wider Manarat Living collection. The published structure is a 10% Down Payment on booking, 55% paid in instalments across the construction period and 35% due on handover.
