Yes, as a resale. Aldar's list on 23 September 2026 has no one bedroom home: it sells only 2 and 3 bedroom homes. The Beach House Fahid, which runs from studios to 3 bedrooms, does have one bedroom apartments, and owners of the original contracts now resell them. Yes. Both names mean the same island, which Aldar is building between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
