Give buyers a clear floor plan

Photos show finishes, but a floor plan shows how rooms connect, and that is often what decides whether a viewing is worth booking. Buyers living abroad rely on it even more. A clear plan filters enquiries early, so the people who visit already know the layout works for them, and fewer viewings end in a polite no at the front door. Use the official plan for your unit where you have one, and label each space as the plan does: a study is not a bedroom unless the documents say so. Keep any area figure consistent with your ownership documents. If you own a townhouse in Al Ghadeer, show each floor separately so stairs and room positions are easy to follow.
