The Dahlias is a residential community by Aldar Properties inside Yas Acres, the developer's waterfront masterplan on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Aldar released it in November 2021 as a collection of 120 villas, duplexes and townhouses, made up of two bedroom townhouses, three and four bedroom duplexes, and four, five and six bedroom villas.
